At this time, there are no changes to our current product offerings, and we will continue providing customers with the guest-obsessed hospitality experience and delicious food they have come to expect over the past 40 years.

Are there any impacts to the HootClub Rewards Program?

Can I still purchase merchandise in stores and online?

Yes, we continue to offer a wide range of Hooters merchandise in stores and online, with apparel, drinkware, and souvenirs available for purchase. To purchase apparel, head over to our online storefront https://shop.hooters.com/.

I am a vendor to Hooters. Will I be paid for goods and services going forward?

Payments for “post-petition” obligations are generally given administrative priority payment status in chapter 11, providing additional protection to vendors moving forward. Going forward, Hooters will pay vendors in the ordinary course of business for authorized goods and services rendered on a “post-petition” basis (on or after April 1, 2025). As we move through this process, we ask that you continue to submit invoices as you have been.
